This man was angry cu. I merged in front of him, when it was my legal place to go so. Then he proceeded to tailgate me , while staring at my car laughing and wVing his arms and hands hostiley at me. He followed me n via de la and I put my turn signal on he angrily sped up swerved to my left side , which was wrong side of the road. And proceeded yo push me out of the left turn lane going on to el Camino ! I called PD but this man flat out lied ! And accused me of interfering with his vehicle !! Watch out hostile man drives on el Camino real from Carmel creek rd to encinitas Blvd ! I have seen him many times and I have seen him wrecklesdly cut off vehicles, run stops & rediggts ! The police say he has no priors , so until he is caught if kills dk Rome we are st his mercy ! Watch out

Driver in rage. Slamming break in front of other vehicle, swerving, drove sideways and not let other vehicle pass causing bad traffic, almost caused an accident.
Watch out because obviously the driver of this vehicle has a major anger problem.

Hey jerk- Think you could reel in your lizard brain while in tight rush hour traffic? Doing 60+ after an impatient pass only to rush up and tailgate a truck that has nowhere to go doesn't look good for you. A lot of Moms and kids just feet from you and your compensatory phallus car.
