Crossed into oncoming traffic to pass car on Jefferson Avenue. Weaved in front of passed car and abruptly applied brake. Stopped in middle of neighborhood street to impede driving. A driving menace.

The guy in this silver Audi doesn't yield to pedestrians and drives like a jerk. As a fellow Audi driver, I wish he would switch to a BMW - he already drives like most Beemer owners! He probably wrecked his BMW the way he drives.

Ran red light and cut me off at the H street 5 fwy northbound offramp in Chula Vista. Red Ford Truck. Violation occurred at 5:12 PM, 10/4/2017.
