Bit of an erratic driver in the grocery store parking lot. Cut through the lot improperly and almost hit my wife and I as we walked into the store. Driver (short blonde female) then jogged into the store like attaining fresh cheese was more important than hitting pedestrians.

Veered into my lane on 101S without signaling. I almost hit median trying to avoid a wreck.
