An RV camper was found in the middle of a desert, presumably in CA or Nevada with this CA license plate number: "999 UQD". No living person or body was found, though the camper appears to have been lived in. It was found on a dead end road near an abandoned mining tunnel.

This driver is very dangerous. They need to lose their license permanently.

They've got a blue Jetta, crossed a double yellow around traffic on a curve and nearly caused a collision. Next time, I'm calling the cops.
