The driver was extremely abusive as I was waiting for a parking spot. He almost drove into me while I was taking a picture of his license plate and threatened to complain and hurled several abuses in Hindi.

Well since I'm the first one posting this I guess maybe this is an isolated incident. I hope it is. On Friday night, March 10, 2017 this guy was flying...well not literally flying but 100+ mph on the 395 north. 2 hours later we passed him, because CHP had pulled him over. Hopefully for his sake he wasn't speeding that much at that point, because if he got caught doing the triple digit speed, that's a felony, 2 points, and automatic jail time.
