Lady in black Audi A4 in west San Jose---has no idea how to drive, was oblivious to the fact that she nearly hit people twice as she crossed multiple lanes with no signaling at all. Hope she dies in a fiery crash before she can kill anyone else.

Completely arrogant and illegal driver. Almost hit the breaks on my mom to start an accident, then quickly pulled off when I took my phone out to get his license plate.
