My home was broken into on 11.26.16 at around 8:55 am, suspects carried out a large amount of jewelry. Please help in identifying these people that were driving this vehicle.

Horrible driver! Cuts you off and doesn't use signal light to do it, tailgates you for a long period of time even if the other lane is open. Constant brake checks is expected and doesn't seem to understand the purpose of car mirrors.
