This guy needs a time out, licence revoked while he sits in the corner without car keys for a few months. Hanging out the window while bobbing sand weaving in and out of lanes with no signals, topped by running red lights. Bad and dangerous driver!

Black Honda Accord Sedan
Driver proceeds to cut me off at an intersection of Mecury and 163. I give two bleeps from my horn. Driver throws out middle finger. Bleep twice again. Another middle. Third time. He slows down to a stop on a green left turn on Mercury and Genesee.
Proceeds to driver erratically changing lanes to get ahead of other drivers toward the 15 South. Proceeds to enter carpool lane to pass all traffic in other lane. As far as I know it there was a single occupant in the vehicle.
