1) Driving with high beam on
2) Not letting people merge from ramp to highway. When trying to speed up to merge, he/she speeds up and when trying to letting him/her go, slows down. Ridiculous driver. Driver needs to learn the basics.

This jerk put my kids as well as his own in harm at a school parking lot by cutting me off poor kids in his car he needs to get his license taken away
