Volkswage Sedan
1) Driving with high beam on
2) Not letting people merge from ramp to highway. When trying to speed up to merge, he/she speeds up and when trying to letting him/her go, slows down. Ridiculous driver. Driver needs to learn the basics.

You should've stayed behind me because there was plenty of room rather than change lanes, cut right in front of me and exit. Now there's this entry on your dangerous and stupid behavior.
