Drives with cell phone pressed firmly against head yapping away while completely oblivious to others on the road. Doesn't complete full stop before the limit line and makes right turn with out looking in either direction. Also Female.

Car cut me off. I blew my horn and they then stopped in front of me and trapped me and would not let me more I then blew my horn and was able to get video footage that part. They then fallowed me and tried to fight me. There was 3 of them and one of me! They went my car and cracked the back window. This was in San Francisco!

This old guy drives down are street everyday very slow and sometimes stops and stares when children are out playing! BEWARE CREEPY
