8 Aug 2016, Traveling on Hwy 12 between Rio Vista and Fairfield CA, "one of the most deadly highways in CA. This guy passes on the shoulder, gets in front of me and slams on his brakes, trying to make me run into the back of his car. He gets out of his car and shouts for me to get out of the car. His fists are up and he has his fists up again shouting let's fight . I kept my cool and told him I was calling the police, he scared my 3 year old daughter that would not stop talking about it for hours, wondering if he was following us. If anyone has info on this piece of crap, filed a police report, but doubt if they will follow up ...he could of killed numerous people with his wreck less driving

This car was driving by himself over the CA 101 south and after I pass to his lane he went to thecatpool lane, got infront of me and try to do hard brake to make me hit him. Then start insulting me.

D bag driver. Watch for this one cops. Zooming in and out of traffic and small spaces to get ahead seconds. Putting other people's lives in danger for his own pride.
