This morning a woman driving a black Audi with this plate committed a hit and run in Oakland, CA. I was on my bike and in the bike lane. I saw she was straddling the bike lane so as I was approaching I started ringing my bell. Then, she turned right and hit me. I made contact with the passenger side door. We made eye contact and I screamed at her. She drove away and didn't get out. Nor she come to check on me.

Driver is a blond female psycho. Was yelling threats and behaving as though she was on drugs or crazy for real.
