This guy needs a time out, licence revoked while he sits in the corner without car keys for a few months. Hanging out the window while bobbing sand weaving in and out of lanes with no signals, topped by running red lights. Bad and dangerous driver!

this driver abruptly drove past by me while I was waiting for the car in front of me to move forward in a cross section, and this jerk drove past and got in between. Then this white guy turned back and began yelling at me with a series of F word. It was a Jetta I believe. This was near 3rd/4th street near Mission Bay northbound towards Caltrain station. around 8/3-4 2016, 3pm
