King of tailgating. No patience.
He was switching lanes frequently on a 35 mph road near Solana Beach and he was trying to push the traffic by tailgating. What a joke and ridiculous driver.

Screamed out his window at us as we were crossing the street when we were in the way for him to turn left. Then he pulled a u-turn and stalked us for blocks screaming obscenities, threatening to follow us home, and throwing coffee/other items out his window at us.

Pulled out in front of me.. Suspicious vehicle, Tahoe with police wheels and dark tint. Follows people into neighborhoods..
