The driver with this plate purposely drove to Goodwill at around 0150 hours and slowed down to what appeared to be in search of donations to take, because the driver did not drop off anything. I really do not believe the driver was spooked and decided to not drop off anything.

This person was driving a white chevy Silverado pickup truck with his high beam lights, constantly tailgating. On top of it, he was throwing plastic bottles on the road. Not sure what was he made up of. D*ck head

When you go out on one of your all day excursions, take your vicious pit bull with you. Not only are you not supposed to have it in your apartment in the first place, it barks nonstop the entire time you're gone, and people are getting tired of it.
