After driving up the 110N, coming from Long Beach and having just crossed the Vincent Thomas Bridge all was okay. Traffic was flowing just fine. Then I reached the area where the Metro buses pull in where there is a separate concrete divider. I noticed 2 cars had gone in to there, thinking it was an off-ramp...so I got a laugh out of. Those cars were black and white respectively. Which is what really surprised me about incident. The vehicle in front of me was a Silver Mustang GT (black cloth top), CA Plate 6YVK035. He (African American, approximately 5'7", 170 lbs, 35-45 yrs.) rolled up to me on my right hand side, window down, yelling at me like I had something wrong. Just yelling major hit at me.

guy in this white Prius California plates was backing out stopped and then punched it as I was driving by. I honked so he did not hit me. Then he pulls up next to me screaming and honking. I made my right turn and he then cut me off so I had to put my brakes on so he would not hit me again. I honked at him and took down his plates at a stop light. He then starts to video me and started to get out of his car at the light. He is a nut job.

The owner of a white Chevy Suburban SUV, with license plate CA 7RQB736 and a Cadillac chrome frame, yelled at me for crossing the street because she had to stop. The woman made a u-turn at the end of the block, blocked me in my parking spot, proceeded to get out and very aggressively remarked about me crossing the street. Because I was scared for my safety, I closed the windows and proceeded to ignoring her. She then got her phone, took pictures of my car and me then drove off. I am currently speaking to my lawyer and may press charges for harassment.

This white male, early 40's exhibited some of the most blatantly unsafe and rude maneuvers I've seen in months. Continually cutting off other drivers forcing them to step on brakes. Seemingly looking for trouble. I hope he gets trouble. He was driving with the windows down. He's about 6' tall, pale skin, glasses, crook nose. Ugly male. Probably lives in North San Diego County.
