This psychopath almost ran 3 cars off the road, with malicious intent! For no reason, tail gated everyone and then quickly swerved into the lane of an elderly lady and almost killed her. Very possible he was drunk and/or high on meth/drugs. I've never seen anything like it. I reported him to 911 for drunk/reckless and violently aggressive driving.
