Followed this person for 70+ miles on I-5, going 50 with his bumper dragging. He had a wife and at least two kids inside. He was cutting cars off to get ahead, forcing everyone to follow. If he got behind, he would go over 90 in slow lane to make up lost spots, and then force his way in with cars honking and braking hard. Lost count how many times he did it. He knew he was driving bad, so he wouldn't acknowledge the many cars trying to tell him the bumper was dragging. We called CHP, unfortunately they weren't nearby. He eventually exited, amazingly with it still attached and not causing an accident in the middle of nowhere.

Runs right through stop sign and then swerves around cars without signalling to beat the train.

Drunk driver. Was swerving all over the lane. Almost hit the curb 3 times. Called 911. Hopefully this guy doesn't cause a serious accident.
