Was parked in the Sutter Medical Neurology parking lot for 2 hours with a large Labrador inside. Windows cracked 1-2" on a 70 degree day. Black car, black leather seats, and the poor dog was panting and pawing at the window. Alerted Sutter security, took them 45 minutes to respond, to which the guy said "it's not that hot today." Oh, excuse me, let's sit you in a black car for that long on a warm day and see how you feel. I feel so bad for that poor dog :(

This guy was driving a company vehicle and
Was driving crazy it was commute time and he pulled out of line drove all the way to the front of the line and cut in and then proceeded to do it again. On the bridge he was swerving in and out of traffic. I wish he had the name of his company on the vehicle so I could have reported him.
