This Woman has no respect for the law. She speeds extremely fast breaking all city street laws, changes lanes without signals basically throwing your car at you! Poor thing is she had family with her. Hispanic woman wearing glasses driving north on 5 from Mexico border! She was on her cell phone all the time! She should not be allowed to drive at all!
