Guy driving this car is a poor excuse for a human. On PCH in Long Beach I was cut off and this guy totally followed me all the way to the traffic circle, tailgated, came on the side of the car hit my with his fist on the passenger side of my car. Be careful of a silver Mitsubishi gallant missing a front license.

Intersection of Borden Rd Rose Ranch Rd and El Monte Pkwy.
Female mid 30's abruptly stopped in front of me at approximately 5:45 jumped out of her vehicle and began threating occupants of my vehicle. I had young children in the back and they were terrified. She then drove off about 20 yards then stopped again, exited her vehicle and began to yell expletives again while exposing here bare ass to us. We then drove around her and left the scene.
