Addendum to previous post: The right blinker was on but barely visible, however the driver had them on throughout the entire journey on I-80, even when changing to left lanes. Driver likely distracted by loud music unable to hear the blinker sound. Due to size and time constraints, only the main video was shown. Regards
I’ve lived in Foster City my whole life and never seen anything like this before. I’m ashamed it happened in my town. This guy does not represent my community. The woman who was shocked at what he said, she represents us. This guy doesn’t belong here. Find another Costco.
It was a group of young black kids in the SUV creating trouble on the freeway. This occurred in Richmond, CA, where this city was formerly one of the top 10 most dangerous cities in the US.
