This guy in a black Mini blew past a line of cars on Avon Mtn heading toward Hartford. He passed a line of cars using the left turn lane to go straight and proceeded to speed and weave in and out of traffic. No regard for others on the road.

Texting furiously for 3 minutes, weaving, plenty of places to pull over and stop, still texting after I passed driver. Had to honk when light turned green because driver wasn't looking up.

This Connecticut driver is absolutely reckless driving high speeds, weaving and flashing middle finger as they pass other cars. Witnessed on July 4th. Please be careful out there.
