It was traffic on the southern state. I tried to exit. This guy actually slowed down and let me merge when no one was letting me.

This selfish, lazy driver raced into the parking lot just ahead of me and took the only available handicap spot. The driver clearly doesn't have the required plackard. I guess they think the rules apply to them or they just don't give a f about other people like me who need those spots. Also WTF, you have a Bentley but you can't afford two screws to display your front license plate properly. I guess money doesn't make you a good person and it can't buy you common sense.
