This narcissist almost hit a few pedestrians and acted disrespectful to fellow humans as she did it. The double whammy. I'm not sure if the sociopath realized she was even doing anything wrong.

Black Cadillac limo. Always drives around everywhere followed by SUVs. Everyone's expected to move out of the way for it, and the police never do anything to stop it. The occupants are usually armed. Must be important.
