Cyclist is avoiding the safety of the bike lane by meandering in the main lane, scooter was an ass too.
Meanwhile other cyclists are stopping on the crosswalk an in the cross traffic lane.
Don't ride stupid, don't drive stupid, don't act more important than others around you, you'll tend to have fewer issues. And yes I am a lifelong cyclist.

The driver was yelling at people and then assaulted a guy at the arrivals area at the airport in Grand Junction CO.
