Mandarin area of Jacksonville. Male in blue mustang riding my bumper and flashing brights as I did the speed limit in the misty pre-dawn...on a residential road that runs between a high school and an elementary school. Gave me the finger as he went by...only to be stopped at the same red light. Needs therapy.

Just witnessed this lady curse at a Mcdonald's employee in the drive thru because their shake machine wasn't operating. I found it very rude.
