Ok, this is old news. This happened in November 2016. Putting her on the list every month isn’t going to solve anything. Can we just move on and focus on other terrible drivers?

I notice it everyday here in Kalifornia. I walk at lunch along a 45 mph street with polarized sunglasses- A consequence is that I can see oncoming drivers' faces through windshield glare and almost half the time, they're looking down!
