She looks like she smells like a fish sandwich. Shes so stupd. Kids play on neighborhood roads all the time. She couldve easily been charged.

As a 14 year old myself, I think that she should be getting arrested, the boy said didn't do anything wrong, they got out of the way when a car came and said have a good day, she just wanted to start stuff... that's what's wrong with society
