Parked in the bike lane, claimed to be an Uber driver, gave a cyclist attitude (while still blocking the bike lane) and then tried to have the cyclist falsely arrested. Real upstanding member of society.

Complete psycho! Drives under the speed limit and refuses to let people pass. Swerves and slams on brakes to force you to stay behind them. Then stopped in middle of the road to aggressively approached my car window and proceeded to scream about how I don’t need to pass him. Later, followed me back to my job, all the while filming me like I’m the bad guy.
