This a** hat was supposed to be merging into MY lane when instead they sped up to cut me off and nearly ran me off the road! I was FURIOUS, attached is a photo of their license plate, they even had a passenger (maybe passengers)!

Total maniac driving a custom paint job VW bug, black with flames all over the front (LOL). Weaves in and out of traffic with no signal, even around motorcyclists. Psychotic driver.

This guy's a total ass. Driving 15 MPH in 25 zone then when anyone legally passes him he gives them the finger.
