At least four times a week I see this man sleeping in a Mazda outside of Popeyes (Hazel Crest) from 10pm to 3am.. And how do I know he sleeping because his brake lights go on and off Numerous times I live across the street.

Hit and run. No licence, no insurance, no registration. A good Samaritan followed you where you hid like a child. I'm glad you got arrested. Don't understand the hole crying act though. In the end you got the last laugh being I never saw 1 cent of insurance money. Hope you feel good about yourself, no really.
