Parked in front of school parking lot entrance. As school personnel, I informed him he needed to move his car. He appeared drunk or high, was very belligerent and refused to move his car. He didn't have any children with him, so it was odd that he was there at a school.

Saw this woman abandon a dog in broad daylight, slowed down and pushed him right out of the car. I REALLY hope the police follow through and press charges.
