Drives with sun visor down and mirror open to look at herself in the mirror while driving. I observed this woman driving under the speed limit and later on she ran a red light. Heavily distracted driver.

This palate number belongs to Velocity Restoration. While driving earlier today on W North in Elmhurst I was ambushed by middle finger coming from the driver of this company's van. Congratulations to the company, you hired a well mannered gentleman. Now I know who not to hire in case of a fire, flood, etc.

Almost hit me disregarding his blind spot sensor. And failed to signal. Followed me all the way to my job in Arkansas. Got scared when I called the police. He shouldn’t be driving at all.
