This palate number belongs to Velocity Restoration. While driving earlier today on W North in Elmhurst I was ambushed by middle finger coming from the driver of this company's van. Congratulations to the company, you hired a well mannered gentleman. Now I know who not to hire in case of a fire, flood, etc.

Almost hit me disregarding his blind spot sensor. And failed to signal. Followed me all the way to my job in Arkansas. Got scared when I called the police. He shouldn’t be driving at all.

Brand new Cadillac XT4, the driver goes under the speed limit in the left lane with nobody in front of them, making drivers behind them honk and pass in the right lane. This person needs to either speed up or get over to the right lane (slower traffic keep right). Don't get behind this person unless you like going 5 under in the fast lane.
