I saw the driver of this van park illegally over the curb behind the last marked parking space in Downtown Naperville. The driver is an old man. Just because you're old doesn't mean you get to park wherever the hell you want. Not only that, but I saw him bump the rear bumper of the vehicle in front of his. After that, I pulled over to write a note regarding what the man did and put it on the windshield of the car that got hit.

Driver had no headlights on while driving at night last night. Because Chevrolet and other GM brands implement a headlight switch that defaults to "auto," I can tell that this driver intentionally turned off his/her headlights. Unacceptable! Possible gang member.

Drove up on my neighbors lawn. Then when confronted parked on the street, but then drove away, blowing through a stop sign.

Cut me off with no signal. Had you signaled, I would have backed off to let you change lanes. There was also a police officer nearby turning left at the light behind me, but he/she couldn't have pulled this driver over because of where the police car was.
