Driver had no headlights on while driving at night last night. Because Chevrolet and other GM brands implement a headlight switch that defaults to "auto," I can tell that this driver intentionally turned off his/her headlights. Unacceptable! Possible gang member.

I asked this lady to move because the car next to her, parked legally in the handicap spot and could not get her wheelchair in. This lady says she was not parked in the handicap. You can clearly see she was. Ignorant and blind.

Cut across solid yellow lane markings and nearly hit us. He proceeded to closely tail us before reaching a stop light and texting.

I saw the driver of this van park illegally over the curb behind the last marked parking space in Downtown Naperville. The driver is an old man. Just because you're old doesn't mean you get to park wherever the hell you want. Not only that, but I saw him bump the rear bumper of the vehicle in front of his. After that, I pulled over to write a note regarding what the man did and put it on the windshield of the car that got hit.
