Was unloading grocery at home, garage door still opened. A car pulled over said he needed to come in for meter reading. I immediately said no n closed garage door.

This guy will follow you too close, get upset you're doing 30 on a 25 two-lane local road, will blow his horn when you do a full stop on an alternating stop narrow bridge then pass (double yellow line) only to end up in front of you on the same road for three miles because of the morning rush hour.
