White younger girl keeps driving around Target staring into vehicles. Stood by my car for 10 mins just staring inside of my vehicle. Not sure what she wanted but made sure doors were locked and windows were shut before leaving the vehicle unattended. Beware!

Crazy driver passing in parking lane and weaving in and out of traffic. After putting everyone in danger caught up to her at light and she was texting while the light turned green and she just sat there!

This car and one other were racing each other northbound on 41 in Lake Forest. This one continued to weave in and out of traffic and driving dangerously as they headed down Rt 60 into Vernon Hills. Anyone who nearly kills me and my kids deserves to be shamed publicly.
