was told by the police it's a moot point. filing a report will be on my carfax record. damage is less than state and insurance companies require. so, basically, she gets off with no penalty.. it's just really annoying that someone can hit your car, know they did it, yet not have any repercussions.

The driver of this car is a man in his late 30s or 40s with two school age kids. He was speeding, swerving, and cutting off cars left and right from the right and left turn only lanes. At stops, he would roll down the window and yell obscenities/insults with his kids listening! Steer clear of this hothead.

This lady kept tailgating everyone and constantly switching lanes. Talk about impatient. Crazy lady confirmed.
