If a driver pulls out suddenly in front of a vehicle that is driving at the speed limit and does not merge in order to avoid a collision, the fault is NOT the driver's already travelling on the road legally.

Stupid retard almost hit us twice and was swerving while on her phone, slammed on the gas doing 100 miles per hour and took pictures of us with no hands on the steering wheel and not looking where she's going.
