Was switching lanes WITH my signal on and enough room to do so safely, this man speeds up and swipes the side of my car. Almost took my mirror off in the process.
Luckily we were in heavy traffic so I was able to get his information down and report it to the police as a hit and run and dangerous/aggressive driving.
Waiting now for a follow up call from the station so I can send in the pictures I took.

If you don't want people to nearly hit you while changing lanes at the same time as you, try using your turn signals, so that when they check their blind spot they know you're about to move. Gesturing at them like it's their fault won't make any difference to a claims adjuster.
