Likes to tailgate, weave through traffic, and queue jump using the turn-only lane. At least he knows how to use turn signals, but he's still going to put someone in the ER before long.

I was trying to be helpful by helping the person to park properly. It wasn't well received, you can tell by the note they left.

Weaving all over the road, possibly under the influence of something. Almost caused a few accidents. At a red light, got out of his car and started knocking on people's windows. I reported to the police but I don't know if anything came of it.

This driver is horrible. He is irritate and tries to run people off the road. He also drinks and drives.

Pulled out of a parking lot into oncoming traffic without stopping (or even looking) in order to get to the gas station opposite. Had I braked just 1 second later we would have both been in the ER.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT: A graduate student reported she was robbed of her back pack, cell phone and purse. The suspects exited a Silver Nissan SUV Maryland Tag 1AW-3157 and displayed a handgun. The student gave them her property. The suspects re-entered the vehicle and was last seen driving west on University Parkway. If you have additional information call Baltimore Police Department at 911 or Campus Safety and Security at 410-516-7777
