Cut me off and then flipped me off very aggressively, about 50 times- could not figure out why he was so aggressive.

This clown forced his way in between myself and other car on two lanes on 100. Put himself and the 4 others in my vehicle in danger just because he was in a hurry. Knew what he was doing because he ignored my honking when he came over and just kept coming. If I had my truck and not my wife's vehicle I wouldnt have yielded and his altima wouldve been in bad shape.

Driver does not yield at traffic circles. Obviously doesn't know that right of way belongs to the car in the traffic circle. Then goes and takes photos of the vehicles they cut off.
