Pulled out of a parking lot into oncoming traffic without stopping (or even looking) in order to get to the gas station opposite. Had I braked just 1 second later we would have both been in the ER.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT: A graduate student reported she was robbed of her back pack, cell phone and purse. The suspects exited a Silver Nissan SUV Maryland Tag 1AW-3157 and displayed a handgun. The student gave them her property. The suspects re-entered the vehicle and was last seen driving west on University Parkway. Didn't yield when merged. Almost hit me, so I had to swerve into another lane. When I honked my horn he gave me the finger.
