Likes to tailgate, weave through traffic, and queue jump using the turn-only lane. At least he knows how to use turn signals, but he's still going to put someone in the ER before long.

I was trying to be helpful by helping the person to park properly. It wasn't well received, you can tell by the note they left.

Weaving all over the road, possibly under the influence of something. Almost caused a few accidents. At a red light, got out of his car and started knocking on people's windows. I reported to the police but I don't know if anything came of it.

No respect for reserved parking places! Parks wherever and does not care about displacing people for whom the spot is reserved! Rude!!!
