Driving slowly around deerfield park for 3 hours and parking in different spots. He was in his 60’s/70’s and was staring at everyone, even slowed down to watch us a few times. He also began to follow us as we left the park. The car is a red Chevy Impala, mid 2000’s.

Tailgated some bikers, tried to run them off the road. Stopped at a red light driver preceded to hit and threw biker of car hoodand took off. Dangerous driver!!

Needs to slow down , speeding in and out of the parking structure at home . There’s kids that live in this complex !!!
