Gentleman driving this vehicle was swerving in and out of lanes with the rooftop down and a young child about the age of 10 in the passenger seat going 95 down the highway. While doing this he's making it very obvious to other cars they should move over for him to pass by waving his hands having both hands off the wheel as well as flicking passengers off if they are going to slow.

If it's too big to park. Lose it. Drive a Fiat. If it's too nice to park correctly; you have to get Humility Plates... like DizWad1 or A-Hole. Because all you have is bad manners.

Old white man in a white sedan. Changed lanes abruptly with no signal and clearly didn't look because he caused me to slam on my brakes and veer onto the left shoulder to avoid being hit.
