Old white man in a white sedan. Changed lanes abruptly with no signal and clearly didn't look because he caused me to slam on my brakes and veer onto the left shoulder to avoid being hit.

Jia He was playing on phone and rear ended me, then took off. No license, no insurance. I have full video of her weaving over centerline, looking at phone and visual of face and hitting me. YET, nothing happens to her, and I'm out over $800.00 plus insurance costs.

If it's too big to park. Lose it. Drive a Fiat. If it's too nice to park correctly; you have to get Humility Plates... like DizWad1 or A-Hole. Because all you have is bad manners.
