Doesn't know how to yield to oncoming traffic. Turned out in front of me because car was turning right, towards him, and he assumed I was turning also. Wrong!

Crossing street at four way stop this middle aged woman in a black SUV very nearly ran me over and would have had I not ran forward when I luckily noticed/perceived her coming through the intersection. Pretty easy to get her license when she passed a foot behind m.

Annoying lady making crazy hand gestures at anyone she is behind. Two drivers were cut off when she passed on a one lane residential street. Very dangerous

Great driver, and even pulled over to pick up a bag of trash and throw it into his truck to pick it up and clean the roads a bit

Followed me yelling about smoking is killing me and tried to physically stop me with his car as I was walking outside of work. Then began to get aggressive about yelling and closer to me with his car and calling me names and yelling profanities at me. I asked him several times to leave me alone. I called the police. They stopped him and told me he is a 90 yr old man concerned about my health. Fine, but that makes it ok to intimidate me on public street and try to force me to stop with his car?

This guy is clearly more important than you, that's why he uses empty parking spots to get around traffic, fails to stop at stop signs and rides bumpers with roughly 2 feet of clearance. If you see this tool on the road your best bet is to just get out of his way, because he got places to be.
