came up really fast and tailgated on HYW 61 near Cannon Falls on way to Red Wing MN. When I put my brakes on he (white male late 40 to mid 50) went around, cut into my lane and put on his brakes then took of like a douche bag out of hell. Nissan Altima 206 PBY

This motorist failed to pass a cyclist with the required three feet and then proceeded to drive his truck into the cyclist's path. He subsequently assaulted the cyclist by spitting on him.

Male Driver Acting suspicious - driving slowly at Sibley Park, turned into Parking lot that was in the path of the walking trail I was on, then slowly drove up behind me as I crossed to the other side of that lot. I crossed to a different path and he turned same direction and drove slowly past. Then continued to be seen driving slowing across from where I was walking on the other side of Sibley Park.
