Driving without lights at night, black SUV, aggressive, passed me on a 2 lane side street (James Street) with oncoming car, stopped cold right after pulling in front of me (as if attempting to get me to hit them in the rear), then sped off at a high speed. Speeding on Sheiffelin Rd to Old Raleigh Rd. I think maybe drunk.

Driving on I-40E around MM 369, tailgating, tried to get out of the way by getting in the right lane, but she sped up and cut back into our lane. Collision mitigation systems in our car kicked in, she almost hit us. Called HP to report. She continued to speed and tailgate. Hope she gets caught soon!

Silver Dodge Caravan (or equivalent). Tailgating on Old Creedmoor in Raleigh/Durham, passed in a no passing zone, exchanged some words. Very rude, kept saying "wrong guy, wrong guy to mess with" in a threatening way. Hope he gets busted at some point!

Reckless and angry driver. Weaving in and out of traffic without signaling. Not allowing cars to merge on interstate. Minivan full of children.

Blew horn at me while stopped at stop sign. Then cut me off almost hitting me, all happened in a school zone.
