This guy drives a red BMW 328i. (I think that's the series) He drives like he is in a race car. He drives really fast in school zones, and he weaves in and out of traffic. I saw him get in between two cars really close to each other. I'm just worried about the safety of my area.

This guy is a peeping tom, beware. Currently this plate is on a red van. He'll part in apartment complexes and scour the neighborhood looking in people's windows. Call the cops if you see this place in North Carolina.

Not sure if it's a cop car or just an asshole. Pulled up behind me speeding,got on my tail, flanged lights, did not pull me when I proceeded to get over. How do you find out?
