Crazy driver! They had the entire bumper hanging off on one side dragging...damage done to their red Ford Focus car on the left back side...passing multiple cars on a 2 lane country road in no passing zones. Went around the barrier to squeeze in the front of the drive-thru line, ahead of all the people who were already waiting in the correct lane.
